Shell Shock!

Chillen - you are so creative!!!! You inspire me to start writing again -I love poetry and song writing!


Today is training day! I actually missed having it yesterday. It's going to be rough since I go no more then 2 days off.

Food 4/15/08
8:30am - Coffee
9am- Morning star veggie pattie - again small breakfast, tonight I'm going to make quiches crustless of course. Me and the husband agreed Sundays we will prep for the week to avoid this rush and lack of prep.

Yes, but they are all depressing and hold on to the past - so I burnt them lol.

I have been married 25 years, and my wife has not been blessed with the best of health (Lupus, fiber dysplacia, etc), and last year, I sent a singing card with flowers to her work (for our anneversary, which is April 26th, and I will again this year too), to her, and dedicated the song:

"Break it to me Gently", by Juice Newton to our marriage, and my promise to take care of here when she wont be able to.

I am a rocker from way back, but this song (with her fantastic voice) just enters my heart.


Some lyrics of songs are just wonderful.

Man, my stomach is so screwed up the last 2 days from stress!! The goodness is I'm not binge eating from it -I have to force feed myself. Sucks - friggen people. I have to update last nights dinner - it was a cheat I guess since I don't eat white flour-esp late at night. But I couldn't eat dinner -instead I had cottage cheese to have something, then by the time I got home at 9pm I was finally hungry and made a on the go decision.
 
I wouldn't worry about it - one meal in the scheme of things isn't going to make or break ya. Now you're back on plan and everything's better.
 
Thanks guys! I can't wait to get my food all prepped tonight as well - lesson learned on that. I wish I had some veggie right now -but my breakfast was packed with them at least.

HAHA Kraken got to see my work issues and what a biatch I can be - :SaiyanSmilie_anim: I don't think he will mess with me anymore for a while.

Well when you are paying someone, and they are over you making you do it - thats the key! The one trainer was saying to me we as people are more likely to let ourselves down then someone else -thats why when you have an appointment you keep it.

Everything -he is very creative too! We worked out outside last week and to stay out he was coming up with intresting exercises! He is a really good trainer-thats why I die a little inside to think of giving him up.

Ok so totally got my a$$ kicked last night - I do a lot of super sets now -dam my heart rate gets up there. I was doing some serious sweating!! He even said we kicked your butt tonight!

9amB- 3 eggs with brocc & cheese
Coffee
12pmL- Spinach with cranberries walnuts and tuna
3pm -coffee
4pm cottage cheese
