well i cant go get weighed today - well i could but its a long walk - my car battery died on me this morning - need to wait for hubby to get home - i am such a woman lol
i dont mind walking but its like wind chill minus 35 out there and i am allergic to the cold so i cant...

gonna get my son to download me an exercise dvd today and get started!

Hey hun! Sorry you couldn't go weigh this morning..I dont blame you I wouldn't walk in the cold either.. cause then you might catch a cold.. and then you will not be able to exercise!! I'm hoping that you will have a big loss on Monday!! Please help me stay away from the doughnuts today! lol

i really need a drink tho so knickers to not drinking lol this is the hardest part tho declining food that people make for u

was a great party!

didnt do too bad had lots of veggies but the desserts were screaming at me!

there was home made profiteroles with hot choccy fudge sauce and pavlova and trifle - it was so torturous lol - i had 2 small profiteroles which wasnt so bad i thought!

Good mornin honey just wanted to pop in and check on you and say hello what is profiteroles with hot choccy fudge sauce and pavlova and trifle......LOL. Im married to an englishmen but still have no clue what it is.
 
ohhhh they are yum yum lol

profiteroles are a chioux pastry as used in chocolate eclairs and they are a round shape filled with cream and u put choccy sauce on top - actually i foun d them in safeways her under the name of cream puffs or something -
pavlova is meringue with cream and whatever fruit you want on this one was strawberry
trifle is jelly(jello) filled with fruit and trifle sponges then a layer of custard then a layer of fresh cream sometimes ppl put sherry in it too
i could have really pigged out lol

anyway had my weigh in today and i am chuffed to bits!

i thought i had lost but i wanted the confirmation!
obviously cant say too much - nudge nudge wink wink ;)
omg i am so dainty and delicate now haha
 
Good afternoon hun! I'm so glad you had a great time at the party!! So I'm glad you explained all of that.. because it was like you was speaking a foreign language! lol.. So here i was at ATW last night and I came across your post with all the pictures! Aren't you the lucky one!! Had not one but two great looking guy's to look at over there..lmao.. (dom and his bro.)
