ohhhhh i am so sorry girls!
i got reallly sick in the second week and i kind of blew my diet
today i am back on track and have an appointment at herbal magic best go see what damage has been done...

kc- our first dog was called dave cos my hubby had a dream he had a dog called dave lol then we called our second bob cos it went together..

Only half a pound gained back? Whew, that won't be so hard to lose again :)

Just get back on track, and you'll do fine! I slipped last week too, so we'll both be retracing our steps together ;)
 
ahhh thanks beagle!

i dont know what it is with me that i cant stick to anything - i was so determined to start with i only seem to be able to do it a couple of weeks then i slip back grrrrr
 
Take it easy there hun, if you're stressing yourself out over it so much you're just gonna end up defeating yourself. Be zen! Personally, I find that a tiny treat every few days is enough to keep my sanity and curb the cravings without destroying my progress (last week doesn't count though, it was my birthday, and was taken out multiple times!)... if I deny myself for a really long time I just end up binging.

In summary: half a chocolate bar is about 150 calories, and is usually all you need to satisfy a craving. Just make sure to put the rest of it away so it doesn't tempt you ;)

got weighed in today (they weigh us 3 times a week)
lost a pound and a half so has given me incentive to keep going!
also given me some herbal pills to stop seweet and carb cravings will see if they work lol

he got home about 1 today christina!
weigh in again on monday they set me a personal goal of 2 pound

Hey hun! Yea dh came home on Wednesday night.. he left back out today... I dont understand it.. Usually I'm glad to see him go but the past few times he has left out lately... I've cried! I hope it is just where i'm emotional right now! I hope you have good results at your weigh in tomorrow!!
