Weight-Loss September FOCUS Challenge: Follow One Course Until Successful.

Weight-Loss
Monday 27 August - Week Preceding September Challenge!

Weight: 57.9kg

Weight loss approach: No counting calories this week! Just eating LOTS of fresh fruit and vegies. I am eating oatmeal for brekkie with honey. Snacking on fruit throughout the day, a salad sandwich for lunch, and eating a small portion of what my mum makes for dinner.
Exercise:I am exercising for at least 60 minutes a day. Most of the time it is just walking with hills. I am aiming to do four cardio sessions this week and 2 swims!

Weight Goal for 3rd September: 57.0kg

Cool, I might as well add mine:

Monday 27 August - Week Preceding September Challenge!

Weight: 63.5 kg.

Weight loss approach: 1000 to 1500 calories a day. Basically avoid the massive fruit-binges I tend to have.

Exercise: Go with the flow... I like running so it's a question of resting when my body's tired.

Weight Goal for 3rd September: 62 kg.

BTW Loveat, you're at my ideal BMI :)

Okay, so I can do Saturday or Friday during the 1700-2100 hours. But, I am flexible during the week right now while I work out my life..LOL! Hmmm...I need to read through the other posting and see how we can all synchrondize.:)

FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT..The objective of FOCUS.

Okay, here's my plan preceding September Challenge:

I will continue to workout in the morning for 30 to 60 minutes on treadmill including upper body exercise for my flabby arms.

I will eat small meals every 2 hours as possible. Meals will be about 250 calories each give or take a few. But, no more than 1500 calories daily. The challenge is to stick to the schedule of 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm. I know this speeds up the metabolism when done correctly. I will start implementing the eating times tomorrow.

Also, drink plenty of water and take vitamins.

Aim for 8 hours of sleep if possible.

Believe in self and encourage others. And, above all FOCUS: Follow One Course Until Successful.

So far today I've had:

1 small bowl of watermelon

3 mini muffins (my homemade concoction..) :) But, it taste great..

About 40 ozs of water and a mug of spearmint/peppermint tea.

For Lunch:

2 ozs of Salmon
1 cup of string beans
1 cup of garden salad with sprinkles of Parmesan Cheese

I don't know what else I will have today outside of another helping of fruit, and salad.

I exercised on the treadmill for 31.23 minutes.

I didn't weigh in this morning so I will have to do it tomorrow. I don't want to be discourage for it close to that time of month. And, I know I am retaining water.

You all are doing so well, keep up the great work.

Zoning...

Ok I am on Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT +10:00
So that makes it difficult lol.

I could be on chat from 9am-5:30pm GMT:+10!

Hi Love,

Okay, I am on a site for Australian/Pacific. Maybe you can help me coordinate if possible. If not, we will all cheer you on just same.. :) I was on another site where someone lived in Germany and England. We were able to coordinate our meeting online. But, I am not sure of the different time zone for Australia. Here's the site I found:

If you guys just post a pacific time (in the USA) or an eastern USA time I'll be able to figure it out :)

Damn me living in Australia!

I am in Florida, so I am in the Eastern time zone. Vicky is in Illinois, so I believe that makes her in the Central time zone. :)

That makes her one hour behind me.

LOL, I live in the Central time zone it's 11:36 am here. I found another site where you can click on the state and it will give you the time zones.

And, the eastern time zone is one hour ahead of me it's 12:36pm. I hope this helps. :)
