Hello,

I would like to know if anyone would like to join me in losing weight weekly. My goals is to lose 2lbs weekly; if possible. By diet and exercise of course..LOL. Also, to not beat myself up if I do not lose but to focus on my body shrinking. The main goal is FOCUS: Follow One Course Until Successful. I know if I eat what I should in the right amounts and do the exercise I will lose 2lbs a week.

Also we can do a prerequisite of the challenge starting Monday to finish out the rest of August if you like.

Either way, I hope you will join me in September. :jump:
 
Hey, I'd quite like to join, please! :) For me, this is the run up to university, so I'm extra keen to lose this weight. Are there rules about posting?

Hi Faith333,

Sure you can join.. This will be great. :) There's only one important rule-- respect each others programs. Because, I know each person has there own plans etc. Outside of that there really isn't any rules.

What do you think about weighing in on Fridays? We can login on each Friday and post a weigh in. Also, we can post food dairies, frustrations, successes etc. If you have other ideas feel free to include them.

We can do anything we put our mind to.

I am going to FOCUS this week on planning out the food that I need to eat daily. If anyone have other helpful tips feel free to post it. Thanks. :)

I'd love to join the challenge. Are you going to finish this out August or it's going to start it in September? I'm new to this whole diet thing. I believe that i've averaged around 2lbs. a week. So I pray that I do fine on this challenge. I won't beat myself up if I don't. Goodluck to everyone!!!

After posting that, I was thinking that most people will start in September. So, I think September will be best collectively. I am going to focus on my eating and planning this week. So that I will be prepared mentally for September challenge. And, making sure I stock the house full of healthy alternatives. However, we can work on it together if you like to start right away. Starting tomorrow if you like. Let me know what you think. :)

I am so excited about all you guys joining this is going to be great. Feel free to share your struggles, successes, emotions, tips that you find along the way etc.

We could also meet up in the chatroom for support. If our zones and schedules permits us. It might help strengthen us for the long haul. What do you think about that?

That sounds like a great idea! I'm in Florida so i'm in the Eastern Time Zone, but I am also able to come online whenever it is best for you, your time. :)

Sounds like a great idea to me too. I live in England but I'm at home all day during this summer, so I will probably be able to make it.

As for the weight loss, I'll try to start tomorrow!

Pre requisite goal: 1kg loss
September goal: 3kg loss

Great!! I live in Illinois so that would be Central time. I can do any time as well. So, what I think we will need is everyone time zone or a posting of the different time zones. Then we can work around it from there. We are going to work out fantastic... :)

That sounds great Faith333. I am planning out my food list for this week. Tonight, I am having salmon, stringbeans, and a garden salad for dinner. We will have to work our time zones and designate a day to meet up. Saturday sounds good for me.

What day is best for you?

Hi there... Yes, you have plenty of time to join. So far the plan is to weigh in on the September 1st. That way we are all be on the same page. Focusing on our eating plans and exercise plan. And, we are working on a day and time to meet up in Chat for support. How does sound to you?

Ok I am on Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT +10:00
So that makes it difficult lol.

I could be on chat from 9am-5:30pm GMT:+10!
