We’ve had crazy spring weather here in Ontario, Canada. We returned to +30 C fora week, then Down to 2-10C days(normal) . This morning is a nice 10C which is great for a morning walk with Bella

Rain for the next 3 days. Hit the Treadclimber for cardio workout today. My first serious cardio since my birthday.

Still raining and more expected. Indoor workout on the weights today.

Much harder to stay active in dreary weather: good work.

The rains stopped for a couple of hours, so Bella & I got out for 2km then I dropped her off at home & continued another 2km this morning. Back on weights this afternoon for 1/2 hour strength training.

Raining again today so I had another cardio session on the Treadclimber

Doing well, I see. Shame about the weather but at least - unlike me - you aren't getting sunburned

Need to stick to it & loose 17 lbs(8 kg) that I managed to packed on since last November. Jamaica in Nov, Christmas holiday, 2week in Dominican Republic . Vacation is over!

Today was a bad activity day visiting my 97 years old mom who lives an hour & a half drive away. Left at 7:30 & got back about 3:00 pm.
Took Bella for her afternoon 2km walk around our street, then did another lap & out north & south on River rd to complete 5km.

You still got in a 5 km walk so not a terrible day, activity-wise.

Lots of steps today(12000) . Gas string trimmer doing trim around trees, backyard, driveway & ditch. The a nice leasure walk with Bella around the neighborhood. The trimming is broken in two parts, as I had to stop, when I ran out of nylon line, & had t refill the spool in the garage.

I have been strict sticking to diet (no treats) & exercising everyday. I weighed in & I am down 2lbs , so just 15 more to go!

Yesterday was another sitting/driving day to drop Bella at daycare, & visit mom. Got home about 4 pm. Black flies are bad right now, so I hit the Treadclimber for half an hour.
