Senior needs help with my work outs.

Trying to get Bach into our morning routine walks. Yesterday & this morning Bella & I did 3 km together.

I must've missed something: are you bringing a dead composer along?
 
My wife & I came down with Covid. We’re both fully vaccinated & had a booster in June. I tested positive on Sunday, and my symptoms are almost completely subsided, just a little runny nose. My wife tested positive on Wednesday & her symptoms are very similar to what mine were, basically a sinus cold, with aches and pains of the flue.
Our energy level has remained stable though. I’m still walking with Bella every day, Sharon ran 5k yesterday and walked with Bella and me this morning.

I feel getting Covid is inevitable now as we both got it after 2 shots & 2 boosters & like you & your wife, we only had mild symptoms & got over it fairly quickly. We both took it easy for a week though & just had gentle walks each day.
 
It’s been a week since my wife and I test negative for Covid. We still have mild symptoms (sinus congestion & occasional cough) but are otherwise good. We continue with our daily walks & my wife runs every other days. She does report being out of breath during her runs.
 
I'm glad you're both over the worst of it. Does your wife carry a puffer on her runs, Mike? It might not be a bad idea.
 
Time to get back on the work out routine. We ent to Jamaica in November for our anniversary & basically were bad! Food, drinks laying around on the beach etc.
Add Christmas & New Years, I’m up 10 lbs.
Started today, 1/2 hour walking Bella & 1/2 hour strength training. Tomorrow 1/2 hour cardio on the stairclimber.

I hope you had a wonderful time in Jamaica, Mike. You'll lose the extra weight in no time as you are very determined when you set your mind to it :)
 
Good to hear from you! 10 pounds are not nothing but also not crazy for 2 months of the rails. I hope you enjoyed yourself.

We’re headed to Samana Bay, D.R. on March 18. For two weeks. We’re hoping to see humpback whales, in the bay. We have booked a whale watching tour.
