Senior needs help with my work outs.

Did you enjoy it, Mike?
Yes, it was ok. It took a little bit to get the speed set comfortable & I found I tended to take short steps at first, but finally found a good stride. My wife also worked out on it this afternoon. We’re going to see if we can get one second hands. They are pricey $3k new.

Here’s my second workout on the Treadclimber. I walked steady 3.5 kph till my hr was 140 bpm, then increased speed to 5 kph to 155 bpm, then slowed again till 140 bpm.
We looked online locally and found a used Tc100 for $1200 can. Going to see it Saturday.7BDDB416-217A-4A65-879C-AEEB812F47B3.jpeg

Had another good session this morning on our daughter’s Treadclimber. This time steady pace (4kph) for 40 minutes then reduced for 5 min cool down.
We are definitely getting one of these.(It’s an 1.5 hr commute to keep using our daughters’ lol)E35E5A7F-02F8-48F1-836D-63D92A7FA791.jpeg

I had a chance to complete 3 workouts last week on our daughter’s Treadclimber. I also did comparison walks with Bella, at my best paces( about 10.5-11 min/ km) The Treadclimber does deliver a higher calorie rate. We’re now procuring one.A423A6DA-1A83-4221-BBFB-4A6DD838FAE2.jpegB678AB84-EE2B-4F77-938F-212A8C04C9C7.jpeg9D8A36E2-2E96-46D7-A5ED-AE0352A1728C.jpeg99ED1DDC-2B01-4431-BE6B-35351DCC876E.jpeg

We couldn’t pick up the treadclimber on the weekend due to scheduling conflicts with seller, but we now have 10:00 am appointment tomorrow (Wed) so we’re anxious to bring it home!

We got the Treadclimber home yesterday, had to partially disassemble it to get it down stairs. It’s up & running & we had our first work outs on it today.

I remember being kind of shocked when I first saw a doggy treadmill! (Of course there are rare cases when those make sense, but still...)
