I just did the strength workout - it took me 25 min. to get it all done. I know I'm going to feel those "ABC's" tomorrow! Ouch!
I thought they were kinda boring actually.. and got nothing out of them... '
even holding a 20lb dumbbell..
I went thru the entire alphabet.. and couldn't figure out the point other than it's good for balance
The ABCs absolutely slayed me the first time I went through them, but they've gotten easier. I can now actually do all five reps. I can definitely feel them in my leg muscles, though.
The chair thing, however, I can't manage. It just puts too much weight on my wrists, so I have to skip that one.

Really? You must have some killer thighs, because that's where I felt it the most. I was only holding 10 lbs. I did have my leg up higher though, so maybe that was it? I did find some of the other exercises in the "strength" section a bit lacking though.
the reach one I had trouble with because I have trouble with balance on lunges... the windmill one I didn't like at all.. it wasn't hard - i just didn't like it..
I had more trouble with balance on the abcs than with the actual abcs
Month 2 starts today...
