Thanks heaps girls, im very proud of my self at the moment. My next to goals are getting to my 10% loss then 20kg loss.

Thanks fuunky I spent most of the day in bed today this flu nocks you around a bit but I will get off my butt tomorrow and do something.

Oooh, I totally want to get a mini trampoline. I heard they are such a good source of inside exercise. Don't let that flu get to ya too much! Sit up straight! ;)

Sorry to hear you have the flu. I just got over a nasty cold. They stink!!!The mini trampolines are fun, I had one when I was younger. Have fun!
 
Well im back still don’t feel 100% but this bloody flu should be gone soon. Lol Christina there I was slouching over the computer and you busted me I ended up in fits of giggles. The trampoline is fun girls, I was told to look up rebounding exercises and I should be able to find some nifty things to do with it. I have my weigh in tonight and im sure I will put on weight this week because I haven’t been eating enough but im sure I can fix that next week. Wow I had a look at my hot pants DVD and I had to laugh….the warm up looks like a whole work out for me lol. I had a go at my mini tramp and im sure with a bit of practice I will be able to use it with out killing myself lol. I haven’t had anything to eat today but I will get back on track tomorrow and start walking again. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
 
I've always said that if I ever get engaged I'm registering for a trampoline. I figure that would come in way more handy for a wedding as opposed to crappy serving plates. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Oh wow what a night, went to ww thinking I had put on weight for sure and I lost woo hoo :D . Then they drew the raffle and I won it what a bonus that was because I wanted to get the ww calculator (it adds points for you) and I also got a cook book so it cost me $10.90 instead of $56.90 then I was announced looser of the month :eek: (February) so I couldn’t have had a better night and to think I wasn’t going to go this week. :cool:

Anyway this week

Loss this week 300g :D

Loss to date 10.7kg

Weight today 110.5kg

Im going to make a hair appointment for the 5th of March I can’t wait.

:eek: Wish I would have a look at what ive typed before I go ahead and post I get my hair cut on the 5th April not March :eek: (I wish) I was lucky to get in on that date as my hair dresser is going on holidays the next day for 2 weeks. The best thing about you starting a bit latter than me with ww Christina is I may be able to help you with any questions you may have :D . You’re not doing to bad on your own though mate. Did I tell you I lost 6kgs before I started ww? I think if you are already in the mode of eating healthy it’s easy to keep on that track especially when you have to pay for it each week. ;) Lol Meshellibel I got it, im just on my way out the door to go for my walk (rubs butt on the way out) :D Thanks Jen :)
