Hi,
My name is Rhonda I am 35 and married with 4 kids. I have tried a few different diets some worked some just got my hopes up lol. I have started with ww and so far I have been doing ok
15th nov 121.3kg
22 nov 118.7kg
29 nov 118.6 kg
6th dec 116.9kg

I have my weigh in tonight so with a bit of luck I will have lost a bit more. I had a few Christmas parties to go to this week so im not expecting anything major.

Breakfast
2 coffees
2 crumpet fingers
 
My mother went on weight watchers a few years back. She found it brilliant, and even now that I'm trying to lose weight I remember some of the things I learned from her that I hope will help me, ie. eating too little will not make you lose weight, the more weight to lose the harder you have to work to lose more.
Congrats on your 4.4 kg loss so far. Keep up the good work and good luck.

LUNCH
Turkey and tomato sandwich (wholegrain bread)

SNACK
Coffee
1 Banana

TEA
Small chicken Breast
Tomato
Lettuce
Cucumber
Beetroot
No dressing
Yes not enough food is a problem for me. I am on 24 points and I eat around 20.Im not sure how im going to fix that yet :confused:

Thanks heeps for the encouragement, it funny how you posted the very thing that I am having a problem with lol.
 
So far so good, maybe you could try having a piece of fruit with breakfast to make up the extra 4 points?
 
omg if I could stand it I would, I find it really hard to eat breakfast and im lucky to get my toast down. Thank you for the suggestion though

Subway (roast chicken and salad)

After all that I have still got 4 1/2 points left. I will try and eat a yoghurt

I forgot to add i drink around 2-3 ltrs of water a day

looks like you are doing really well. Keep it up.

I am not familiar with the points system, but how about and egg with your toast? Breakfast is very important to get you going.
Before I met my husband I never had breakfast, and he taught me to eat breakfast and now I couldn't do without:D.

And if you can't do it right away for breakfast, then have it as a snack an hour or two later.
The other thing, where I agree with jennylee is that I heard that you should fill the points requirement every day, otherwise you're not eating enough and your metabolism slows down, which is actually bad for losing weight.

:eek: wish I had that problem....lately I can eat and eat and eat:eek:

Thanks Lisa i just looked it up and a poached egg is 11/2 points so that will be a big help. I was also looking up the points for different fruits and if i can just add 1 or to more through out the day i should just about make it up(thanks jennylee) :D

I absolutely love subway, in the last town I lived in we had two subways, but here we have none, we're getting one soon though. My problem is I can't just have a 6" sub, I have to have the whole thing, and the higher fat options are just too tempting, I love the roast chicken, but then I see the cheese and the sauces and its all over.......

Lol I love subway as well I don't no what I would do without it as it is an easy takeaway and it’s low on points. I used to love the whole thing as well but if im still hungry now I have more water or fruit. :rolleyes:

:eek: I almost forgot I went for a 20 min walk today :D

It was only 15 min but i was buggered after it( its a start) :D

Last night i had take away (chinese)

Beef in oyster sauce
Chicken chow mein
and i had a bit of fried rice wich is a no no but i couldent help my self :eek:
Went to the pub with the girls so i had 4 Beers ;)
