Hey ladies, now that the holidays are over I'm back at the gym and doing my bike at home again.

Today's workout:

40 minutes on the treadmill for 3.5 miles, 35 minutes on the elliptical for 3.75 miles - total 7.25 miles

New Total = 503.5 miles
