Alright so i have 73 rep points, I just need two more points and i will have a rep power of 5, correct?

Then once i hit a thousand points i will move to rep power of 6, correct?

I understand how it works, but I'm just a little thrown off on my numbers.

I cant explain it because I dont control the system. I only work off the numbers given to me.

You should not rep someone just because they rep'ed you. That negates the whole premise of "earning" rep.

I can't see why I need to 'spread some rep around' before repping the same person again. What if I haven't read anything alse good and one person has made lots of fantastic posts that all deserve rep. I'd have to round giving lots of people undeserved rep just so I could give out one valid one.

its so two people dont "rep eacother up". Just wait for someone else to make a good post, it happenes quite often, unless your standards are very high ofcource. Then after you have repped someone else, go back and rep the person you wanted to rep in the first place.
