10 rep points = 1 rep power, kudos?
And here's a question for grey points. If you receive a grey rep point, from somebody who has not got enough power to give rep points, when they do get enough power will that change green?

Rep points deterime your rep name. Distinguished road, etc.
Rep power is how many points you give to someone when you rep them. So you have 1 rep point, if you were to rep me, my rep points would increase by 1. If I repped you, your points would increase by 9.

No, When someone with no rep power reps me i get a little blue icon (instead of green) and it doesn't count towards my total rep points.
Secondly, i thought for every 10 rep points you get 1 rep power. Well i have 71 rep points so shouldn't i have a rep power of 7?

Ten points would be too easy. However you're status is now "will be famous soon enough"
Hmmm, I thought it was grey rep. Now Im confused. Im getting grey rep when a no power user reps me.

C-MayheM also did not count towards my Total rep points. Shouldnt we get atleast 1 little rep point from no rep, reppers? lol
also is there anyway to see a history of all rep received instead of just that recent 5?

Ive brought up the topic to the Admin. Now we just have to wait to see what he can do. The system may not even be modable (?) to perform this. Really the people with rep need to start handing out rep much easier, because newbs will earn one point at 25 points received.
Just start repping and you'll see how it works.
Remember the only real way to get Rep Power is every 25 rep points or 500 posts. If I rep you with my 10 power, it gives you 10 points. If had 115 points, now you have 125 and one extra rep power. Its really simple. Most people only have 1-3 points so it takes awhile to earn 25. Thats why I stated we need to give rep for good posts, however you determine good is up to you.
