Red Panda: Cute but fierce!

You look hot on a horse

If you ever miss the feeling of having a powerful beast between your legs just let me know....

...I might be able to forward you onto someone who fits that description ;)

LMAO, i liked that one. Lol.

Down boys! Lol. My prowess on the pole continues to improve, you'll be pleased to hear =P The brass pole is helping my arm strength steadily; since the grip is better I can focus more on trying to pull myself up and less on whether I'm sliding off the thing. My upside-down moves are getting much better, so hopefully soon I'll be tackling some more interesting stuff. I just had my last pole lesson (awww!) and there is no "level 3" as of yet at this studio. Alas. So the rest of the learning is all on me it looks like. But I'm up for it! I'll be getting some pictures/video of me on the pole pretty soon, so keep an eye out :)

Hey guys, no I didn't go missing or die, my fiance came home from army training on Saturday :D You can understand I have been... busy... journal to resume at a later time :p Heehee!

nice video. definitely can see your length + very graceful. good work. have you tried upside-down moves + 2-piece bikini. btw, nice backbend. Looking great.

So I've moved on to upside down tricks, hard but super fun! Videos to follow, but suffice to say its pretty cool looking. More posting later when I have time, about to run a few miles =P The fiance is kicking my cardio back into shape haha I slacked while he was gone.

Last move = hoottt!

Needless to say on top of looking amazing I bet your grip and arm strength has improved dramatically!

Its improved my strength in several areas - certainly my grip, my shoulders, my back. The moves I'm working on now work the abs (to get upside down with control) and then different leg muscles to hold myself up. But it doesn't feel like a workout at the time, it just feels like fun... until it hurts the next day =P

Here's the video of my fabulous new tricks I'm working on - it was filmed the day after I tried them for the first time, so don't judge harshly, they are still fresh haha:

I'm working hard at them. The other part of pole dancing is building resistance to banging against the pole and having the skin yanked by in in the friction holds. It feels like the skin is being torn off and there is no way to make it hurt less, just have to keep doing it until you don't feel it pretty much. You'll see in the video that in the last trick I'm mostly being held up by the skin of my inner thigh and the skin on the side of my torso just literally gripping to the brass.

So yesterday I finally got my new pole! This new one is far superior to the old one in that in runs floor to ceiling (you may have noticed the stage pole is too short for me) and it has spinning mode! Also it is titanium, which doesn't corrode like the brass and is therefore a lot smoother on my hands. The spinning mode is ridiculously fun but also a whole new kind of workout! Now I have to fight centrifugal force and gravity at the same time to hold my positions while spinning at various speeds, and I can hold poses longer since I'm spinning in place instead of down the pole. My back and arms are killing me, but its so awesome to just hang on and whip around that thing :D New video soon I'm sure!

Aaargh I haven't been online nearly enough have I? Sorry :( I haven't forgotten y'all! I've been doing weight training a few times a week to build my strength up for the more advanced moves I'm trying to learn. I haven't done many "new" moves in awhile, just working on perfect all the ones I have, practicing hard to get my strength and movement control up before I start doing more crazy upside down things. I will be doing a new video soon hopefully to show my progress and my few new tricks in the new spinning pole. One thing that's annoying is I know I still have some fat on me I don't want (mainly in the thigh region) but my fiance keeps insisting its loose skin and I should just accept it. But its sooo not. There is fat there for sure. Also he keeps telling me if I really want to burn fat I should stop weight training and just do lots of cardio - but weight training burns fat just as (if not more) efficiently, right? Back me up guys! Haha.

Nice to hear from you Panda ;)

Don't stop the weight training, in time im sure the excess fat will come off. Providing your diet suits your goal requirements :D

Any chance of some naked moves? :D

Just wait till i feed you vodka...
