Is anyone else disturbed by how much that fat ass eats? Good Lord![/QUOTE]

LOL, I have always been known as a big eater. At the place I work people are always making smart ass comments about it.

Me: "so, you looking forward to the weekend?"
Co-Worker "absolutely! What's on your agenda? Lunch?"

and etc..:p

I had a good workout today that I will write about tommorrow..

ALSO! I got my brother into bodybuilding! He bought a year long membership and he wants to put on some mass, he's ready to do whatever I tell him to.. I am glad he got into it. He's about 6 feet tall and 135-140 pounds.

I just noticed rws busted out his south park boxers again for the occasion of the starting pics. Ahahahahahahah. Outstanding. :yelrotflmao:

When I saw the comment about me being lingerie challenged I couldn't resist... lol.

Yesterday's workout and revised workout plan.

I am not sure how long this will last, but I revised the workout plan to a 3 day split to see how it would work... looking like this:

day 1:
chest
shoulders
triceps
forearms

day 2:
lower back
upper back
abs
biceps
traps

day 3:
legs
abs

ehhh, whatcha think? I will see how it goes, yesterday's workout was pretty easy cuz of it.

Decline Bench Press:
135 X 15
185 X 10
205 X 7
215 X 4
185 X 10

Military Press
95 X 8
100 X 7
105 X 4 (ooooops, came down wrong and couldn't get back up)

Rear delt flys
4 sets

side laterals
3 sets

skull crushers and tricep rope 2 sets each

forearm rope
15, 12, and 10

That's cool about your brother. Very cool. Now you'll be able to outrun him, eventually! Err, I mean, y'know... for his own good. ;)

As far as the split goes, seems fine to me, only I don't understand why you're hitting abs twice. I would modify as follows (which isn't as much as it looks like, I just renamed stuff 'cause your naming scheme made no sense to me :p ):

day 1:
chest (primary movement, supplemental)
delts - "shoulders" (anterior, posterior, lateral)
triceps
forearms

day 2:
back (upper, lower, middle)
traps
biceps

day 3:
legs (quads, unilateral, hams)
abs (weighted, ground-based/hanging raises)

My back region be tweaked as **** today. Not liking me at all.

I suspect I'm in for a world of hurt when I get to teh Y. :D

oh hey!! this is another "team" or whatever we are called.

cool

Focus, do you got to the gym, or workout at home?

Real, nice to see somebody eat MORE than me.

You are fat.

I go to the gym fo sho. I used to work out at my home gym, but that **** is lame. Mostly because if I put a rack in my apartment I'd be pretty damn likely to fall through the floor while squatting, haha. Come the fall I get to play in the Uni gym, which is a hell of a lot better than the Y. But the Y is cool because if you go in the afternoons, nobody is there. And nobody ever squats. Too scurred.

I figured just throw in some abs twice cuz they recover quickly, I am thinking same with the forearms too actually.

That program you wrote up looks much more professional and awesome ha! Yeah I think I will do that for a while and see how I like it.

That was a funny comment about my bro by the way; about being able to outrun him.. hah, we'll see about that.

They're also getting worked a lot indirectly every workout, though.

Doubt it, lol. Just made it once per week for each muscle group, and separated into an exercise per type of hit. Roughly balanced the load across all 3 days.

's all good. Do whatever feels right, have fun. ^_^ I'm switching up my routine a bit, too, I had actually decided before you posted. I think it's funny how we randomly do things at similar times haha. Basically I wanna BB bench more (DB Bench feels dumb, like I'm not getting anything done, and anyway I want to work on a specific lift, so training something else isn't doing it... when I do hella rep bb bench I feel it really good, and get stroong after) and switch up a couple of the supplemental exercises. Nothing major. Maybe throw in some direct tricep work at the end of rep upper day. Depends how I feel after the adjustments.

Brotherly love! :D

Focus - I guess you named yourself Focus because you don't have any.

realworksucks - If you think realworksucks then you don't have what it takes to handle the heat that is this draft.

:D

Good luck, weaklings.

:luxlove:

I await your smack talk in "Eric & Dry: The Green Mile."

;)

The clock is ticking...

Training

A1 Full Squat 85x5, 105x5, 125x5, 145x3, 165x3, 185x3, 205x2, 215x2
B1 Full Squat 45x60, 65x30
C1 Walking Lunge 50x12x3
D1 45 Degree Hyperextension 25x12x3
E1 Hanging Leg Raise 0x20, 0x15
E2 Incline Sit-up (Level 8) 0x10, (Level 4) 0x12

Thoughts

Today I felt weak, tired and hurt, so I increased all the weights and added a "burnout" set.

Not doing waaaay too much NEPA make Focus strong. :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

I found the supplemental ****lotofreps squats surprisingly easy. On the 45 I'm pretty sure I could've gone all day. Kinda tempted to try to max that **** next time, but instead I'm going to crank it up to 80 and max both sets.

Lot of personal bests in this workout. Pretty well everything, actually. Hyperextensions were somehow easier with my painfully sore back? I think I warmed it up good with teh squats. Did leg raises instead of my usual sprinter sit-ups, because I'd never tried them. They were easier than they look.

Does anyone hear that buzzing noise? I think there's a mosquito in here somewhere.

great news!

So I bought some joint supplements (glucosomine and chondrite) and I have been taking them for four days now.

Usually when I do shrugs there is a lot of clicks and popping every time I do them... every time I do lateral raises or rear delts lots of popping and grinding goes on..

WELL! Yesterday there was NONE OF THAT! ha! It's like some oil to lube up the joints and it felt great...

I highly recommend this to anybody who lifts weights consistently.. and thanks for the recommendation Focus!

I had a pretty good workout yesterday... but I gotta go mow 9 lawns now! Will talk about it later..

I'm So Excited

Do you know what a cherry tastes like after a week of protein shakes?

Me neither. But I'm betting it's pretty ****ing good.

I just ate and drank the following...

1 medium beef shawarma platter with whole couscous. Nothin' but hot sauce on the shawarma.

2 cups of cherries.

1 Rockstar Burner

1 Klondike Bar

.... it was glorious :bncry: :SaiyanSmilie_anim:

Last week of Velocity? Np. **** I think I'll do 4 more. Food tastes soooo much better when you can only have it once a week. Seriously. That first half of the shawarma (before I got full XD), and the first cup of cherries... You don't even know. It was like Heaven had a Roman orgy in my mouth.

And the forbidden fruit afterward, oh my...

Now you know what I'LL do for a Klondike Bar, 'sup.

so when are we gonna start posting our progress pictures? I usually take them on Sunday's and I lost a bit over a pound this week... !

Don't you wish you could eat like a king and still lose weight Focus!? :yelrotflmao:
