Hey man, where have you been? It's been a while since you last posted in here.
The hamstring thing is annoying because I did it lifting my 400lb deadlift target for last year at the start of december but it won't seem to heal properly and it's stopping me from advancing to the 425 I need for the deadlift challenge
My OH lifting and squatting are coming along well though so I'm not too worried
