Exercise:
Walking plus 3 salsa classes and 1.5 hours social salsa dancing...

- Garden salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vingeriette

- (2) egg sandwiches (yes, I was a bit of a pig and had two!)

Dessert
- I've been trying not to snack at night, but we get food delivery every other week by a place called Schwan's and they have more "gourmet like" foods. I decided to try some low fat strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches this time around and couldn't resist trying one. Not bad at only 150 calories and pretty tasty too! :)

Drinks:
- Water 16.9oz bottles x4.5

Tuesday:

Well so far, my choices are better than last week, in choices and quantities. But definitely deficient in veggies. Not nearly enough water, has been below zero and when its so cold I don't drink enough. Need to work on that tomorrow. I did go through the drive through tonight after my son's wrestling meet and got him and my dd a reg cheese burger and fries. I did not get anything. That was a big deal for the day. I need to improve meal planning and figure out why veggies haven't been on the menu.
 
Lisa - I'm not eating enough veg either... I'm having too much fruit - especially bananas...

Wednesday food:

Breakfast:
Alpen Muesli with peach and hazelnut with skimmed milk
1 Tangerine

Lunch:
Pineapple, kiwi fruit & Melon with Blueberry yogurt
2 slices of bread with peanut butter

Dinner:
WW Beef Lasagne

Drinks:
6 pints of water w/ small amount of apple squash
2 litres of still water
1 cup of coffee
1 cup of 3 in 1 coffee
1 pint diet pepsi caffeine free. Tastes surprisingly decent.

Around 1400 kcal. Probably a bit low, but I'm sure I will make up for that today. ;) No naughties, and cut down on my coffee as well.

- Large naval orange
- Garden salad w/balsamic vinaigrette
- Reduced fat cheese nips

Dinner
- Two slices of frozen pepperoni pizza (I wanted to cook pork chops, but didn't think to check the expiration date until this morning. Darn things expired on the 20th!!) EDIT: I ended up not eating the outer crust last night. The pizza must've been frozen too long and the outer crust was rock hard!

Dessert:
- Low fat strawberry cheesecake ice cream sandwich.

Drinks
- Water 16.9oz bottle x5!!

Exercise
- Jillian Michael's 30DS 30 min & 1 hour Taebo (including lots of stretching)

small bit of chicken skin - knew I would feel deprived if I didnt have it

copious amounts of alcohol - this was not good... irritated about something and couldnt sleep...

Exercise
walking and 1hr zumba
2 salsa classes and some social salsa dancing...

Managed to wreck an otherwise good day

I have some excellent news! Loch is joining this challenge this Saturday at the start of the second week.

She is joining the purple team. :party:

She will be allocated average points earned by other team members for the first week - because she has had no opportunity to earn points this week.
 
Hey! I just want to say that I'm super stoked to join the party. I felt a little scared about joining because the last time I joined a challenge on the forum, I fell so hard off the wagon, I gained 40lb and never came back.|

I'm here now, though, and I don't want to let anyone down - especially myself!

I have a treadmill for the first time and I LOVE it. Not only that, but I walk home every day from work, so I'm defo gonna get max exercise points!

Just cuz I'm so gung-ho I'm gonna join the thread in logging my day, and tomorrow :).

2 Mini Pizza w/ fries (sounds unhealthy, but it's only 600 calories!)

That'll clock me in at 1380, which is way under what I usually have, but I actually didn't feel terribly hungry at work today. I'll probably snack on some veggies before I go to bed. :)

So excited! Can you tell?

Not good nutritional choices today, but calories were ok. Just busy cleaning etc and spending a rare day home with dd/ds.

Friday, yay, payday. Too bad it all goes toward bills. Well, groceries too.

Been feeling grumpy yesterday and today. I don't know what happened. I was in a great mood before yesterday. I've been snappy at my boyfriend and controlling...I need to stop that. I think I need a little alone time (we live together with his 2 kids, sometimes I get so exhausted by being around people too long). He plans on taking the kids out to Humpty's for kid's eat free. Usually I would go with him, but I think the alone time will be just as fun. :) I don't need that bad food.

Exercise
I plan on walking home for 20 min and then getting on the tredmil for an hour. I want to make it a routine of using the tredmil an hour a day so that I can work back up to 2 hours a day. Once it gets nice out I'm going to start doing my long walks across the city :).
