My cycle started today, so that may have a little to do with it. However, yesterday I was feelin' super ravenous and I did eat some popcorn and have a soda. Ate some junk..not a lot of it...but did eat some. I'm working really hard though..I promise.

Hey team. Hope everything is going well :D :cool:

Im doing well (i think :confused: ) i think im going to weigh in tomorow, just to check everything is going ok, and it is having some effect on the number of the scale, i need to be down a pound to reach my target for this week. Maybe a bit more, if teh weight loss is going to vary from week to week. I just need to take each day as it comes, and not think about it in blocks of weeks, and months. Thats too scary lol. I think the major change for me has been stopping eating when im bored, and eating the right food, this challenge is a great way to motivate me away from just falling, falling, falling backwards lol. Anyhoo, ill try and motivate you lot if you help me :cool:
 
I think ive hit my target already, but im holding off till weigh in day. Im determined to kick things up a notch.
 
i hope that everyone's doing well. i'm gonna try really hard to hit my target, though i must say - i didn't exercise the weekend or mon. or tue. i have no excuse - i was sick, but i was well enough that i could've at least done something..so my apologies. i had a great walk today though, i may do a little yoga tonight, just to stretch myself out.
this is totally doable and my friend said something today that i totally thought...'yeah..right on!'...she said something like....'let's make this the year we lose the weight and be done with it!' that just made something click..like yeah - i'm tired of saying i'm gonna do it and this is the second year "i'm gonna do it". anyway - so there it is...this will be the year i lose the weight and then in years to come i'll be the healthy person that is active for fun! whoo hooo!!!!
anyway - blah blah blah..sorry....good luck this week everyone!

This time next year, I WILL be normal weight, and I WILL look awesome in a dress for prom, and I WILL stick to my diet. :cool: :cool: :cool: Ok, fresh motivation

that's kinda what happened to me last night in all of pms glory...i was like...if i eat that ice cream sandwich i'm really gonna be a b*tch, so i didn't eat it and when i woke up...i was like "yeah, that's right! i'm the bomb!" way exciting! plus - i've surpassed my goal at this point...i think...may be the fact of weighing b/f my cycle starts..but hey..i'll take it!
i hope everyone's doing well...we're totally gonna rock this!!!!
