Went out for a 5k, after not having run for a week. Felt pretty good, wasn't the best run, had to slow down and rest a bit. But that was probably because i haven't eaten since breakfast.

I don't get sick alot..whens the last time you remember me sick.

My school has around 4500 students. I wouldn't have gotten sick, but my dad ended up catching it. Then he passed it along to my mom, and siblings. And lastly i inevitably caught it. And then I think my dog caught something, since he was sniffing and sneezing too

Went for a short run, but after a quarter of a mile legs felt very weak and mouth was dry. so just turned around

Also, got selected for my first jury duty appointment. Wohoo, should be interesting.
 
Today was a VERY hot day

It got to around 100 and very humid

Just came back from a 4K when it cooled down a bit. Enjoyed jogging through the sunset

All I've eaten today was oatmeal, tuna, some nuts. My fridge and closets are completely empty of the food i eat.
Opened the fridge, and I notice 5 different kinds of breads and other junk
I look down...more carbs, carbs
Look up, more carbs, and more carbs
Same with the closet.

Ugh. I need my eggs, chicken, beef, turkey.

Hey Chillen, thanks for the thoughts but I've stopped logging workouts.

I am still lifting and everything. Been mountain biking a lot recently.
But I am now just lifting whenever and go with what ever feels right.
