I am going to tell that to my husband who never sleeps. He is thinking of trying intermittent fasting or keto, but I agree with you, if he just slept, he would probably not even need to diet! He is only 15 pounds overweight, but it is a bowling ball on his stomach, the worst placement of fat.Getting enough sleep may be the single most important part of weightloss - and health in general. Hope you feel rested this morning!
