I know, we were up until 10pm doing science homework with our eyelids drooping because we have been non-stop lately. I did learn cool things about photosynthesis though! Hope you do find the time to put your feet up a little and relax some. For me, if I get too stressed and hurried, it is harder to lose the weight. Is it bittersweet knowing this is the last year you will be doing this?
 
Ah I will manage time but probably more dipping in and out .
Marsia I have about 19 more months of it . No I can't wait lol . Reclaim some time . Haha .
I went for a walk yesterday evening , made more soup yesterday and watched my favourite tv show . So I do unwind . I did have a small portion of pasta and arriabata sauce with a salad for dinner mainly as it was leftover from my daughters dinner and it was nice .
 
What are you studying Petal? I was in and out here for a while, too, while doing the real estate licensing class.

Had a busy day today . Didn't meet my exercise goal and just too tired to even do the 15 mins needed . Going to wash hair and go bed , actually I think to hell with it hair in morning !

I am going to tell that to my husband who never sleeps. He is thinking of trying intermittent fasting or keto, but I agree with you, if he just slept, he would probably not even need to diet! He is only 15 pounds overweight, but it is a bowling ball on his stomach, the worst placement of fat.
 
Lack of sleep raises cortisol levels - which just happens to make you store fat between your organs. You know, the dangerous stuff men are already more likely to have more of.
 
I am not exercising at all right now . Have sore throats and cold . Eating healthy though as can't bear thoughts of bad unhealthy food. Energy low but hopefully be better tomorrow
 
Hope you have a really restful weekend and it goes away quickly. I have the same thing, but the sore throat went away. Take good care of yourself, and glad you are eating well!!!
 
Not exercising while your body is fighting off a cold is a healthy decision. Give it time. Great job eating healthily while feeling off.
 
Good morning all . Sorry to hear Marsia you have it too . Our bugs seems to be jumping all over the place . Maybe we are sending our virus through the cyber net . Lol .
Not sure how I feel yet as not out of bed yet . I have a feeling legs be like jelly . Throat was sore but a little better now . It's so disappointing as I was so geared to smash my October challenges and not a chance now . Think I'm going to give myself a break and leave the Apple Watch off for the weekend and not worry or stress over it . Will do some gentle walks if possible .

Yes just craving healthy food at the moment which is good and lots of drinks .
