I don’t need to worry about the Indian food now as it’s Thai . That I know my stomach will handle and more choice for me . Super looking forward to the company and a laugh and a catch up

Thanks Cate and Lama . Had a great night out . Had glasse and half of wine but they were big glasses . Food was just ok . Never mind. I think in future I might go vegetarian for takeouts not that I eat many .

Today is miscellaneous chores around the house and a big of ferrying my daughter about . And a walk . I told my neighbor I would walk with her and now wish I hadn’t as I could go now and she hasn’t replied to me yet . And she might not be able to later . Still it will be good to go whenever .

That´s annoying but if it ends with you gaining a walking buddy in the dark time of the year it might be worth a bit of teething trouble.

Sorry the food wasn’t great - maybe you’ve just trained yourself to only enjoy healthier stuff now, which is fantastic! Glad you had fun though. Hope you got the walk in - nice day here today.

No walk yet and she can’t now as it happens . We walk together a good bit LaMa so it can be hit and miss for us both .
yeah I think your right Em I have a food mindset now I think .

Thanks Cate I went for my walk after lunch which was lovely . I think I will go this morning because I'm on visiting duties this afternoon.

Well the weather was not great yesterday morning so I managed to reschedule the visits to morning and early afternoon and I go the walk in after dinner . I was absolutely shell shocked with tiredness last night but it was an enjoyable day . Went out for coffee and scones ( I had one with jam and cream ) and managed to eat ok rest of the day . A bit of a struggle. Got to visit my mother in law and my sister so that was good . Making more of an effort now I don’t have school stuff to contend with .

Yesterday was good food wise . I was bit tired though . Exam results were yesterday and all was fine though !

Thank you LaMa and Em . Not really in form for posting . Why can't life just flow without worries for a while. Our poor pet is still having issues although outwardly seems fine at least so off for X-rays . I'm worried sick. Vet has left this run too long so I'm annoyed too. Finding it hard to focus on much else.
