OK- the balancing hadnstand pressup is the "crown move" of the gymnastics gymnasium, though it is not as difficult as it seems. Provide you can do a hand stand, walk freely on your hands and your strong enough to break your elbows and not "ding" the crown of your head on the floor and paralyze yourself!!!!
PLEASE re-read that PB.
Start with 3 point handstands against the wall. you need to learn to breath in a handstand. Then graduate to handstands against the wall. then do pressups against the wall. then develop a nice cartwheel. this will develop balance and core strength. (in skydiving we call it developing "center") then start trying to walk on your hands all the time. You would be surprised what a hard workout trying to do handstand for 15 minutes is. Then do them next to the wall and try not to touch the wall.
when you feel strong enough and can breath upside down like that, try breaking your elbows. the first time or two you may scare yourself a bit. If you crumble, remember to pinch your abs so you crumble with your legs coming down in front of you.- then you wont snap your neck. And i don;t mean break, butit will "twang" your lower back and you will be out for a few days.
p.s. being able to do a handstand and walk on your hands and stuff is totally cool. My handstand chick pic should be coming this week. And Nita Marquez is probably going to be at the Huricane Fitness Expo in Sept. See there! i was able to do a 1 minute handstand and I have your dream girl as a friend.
