Performance -Not Enough!

114.2 and I'm toast. Mr g8r, the chick magnet, kep rounding up honeys and they thrw my pace off.

here's a revelation..

Sat- 5K
Sun- 1/2 Marathon
Mon- rest
Tues- stretch and ab wheel fun
Wed- weights and spin
Thurs- ran 9 miles
Frid- swam 2 miles and lifted
Sat- 114 miles ride on "precious"- and she is a darlin in deed.

THAT is one heck of a week. REVELATION- all of that added together does not equal the volume for the 140.6 Ironman. I would be 2 miles short in the run and a 1/2 mile short on the swim. and that took me 8 days to do...... yikes! ;) welcome to my reality! Get Some!

John Holmes Run, huh? So, are they suggesting that if you can finish this that you have a big un?

And, you get a punky campfire mug for running almost a double marathon? What tightwad cheapskate outfit is that? They should give a Lexus to every finisher!

WOW how EXCITING. I'll be so jealous of your CAMPFIRE mug. hahahaha

A Fool: One lacking judgment or prudence. :D add to that one that will take a campfire mug for doing such a ridiculous distance!

FF, you have to think of an appropriate user title under your name, bro.

Prep it up, baby! Eye of the tiger.

Peace and happiness to you.

I want it to be "aDvanst in DumB"

But I can't figure how to change it.

I tried the profile and it is not listed there

Mreik won't help me

"Date of Birth"
"URL"
and "Messaging."

that is all that shows in the "optional fields"

I am going to PM Tony and Mreik today, and try get them on this, he, he :). I think once one passes the 2,000 mark it seems not to auto adjust the members account.

I think NBS had the same problem

Any, hoot, maybe in a day or two you will be able to.

Thought I would try to help.
