Thanks Cate! It's a work in progress...personally zero sugar is working well for me...keeps me eating healthily...although...I make the rules so...I ate half a chocolate chip cookie last night....it was from Smoothie King...it tasted a lot like cardboard but it was a good change from the regular....and tonight...geeze...I pigged out on fried eggs and sausage and toast and jelly and honey...phew...still under The Food Police Recommendation....so...I'm really having a good time with all this still...and...I know in the end I will be successful...and I know that when I have reached my goal...I am NOT going to celebrate by having a big old piece of Apple Pie. (maybe a small sliver...if it fits into the 'plan'...& that's what you have decided. Keep up the good work Dan. You are doing well. This is a long-term thing & we have to work things out as we go, always being able to change our minds along the way
