Initial Test: 10 Full Body pushups
Workout Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Five sets each time.
Checkmark as each workout is completed.

Week 2

I am still trying but I can't seem to improve my push ups at all. I strength train 3 times a week and that isn't helping either lol. My shoulders and arms just stopped getting stronger.
