Any one would like to do the 100 Push-up Challenge? If so, join in! I started last year but didnt complete it.
So here I'll post the same info that Sweatpea posted last year. Here is the link:
This is a 7 week challenge (you might have to go a little longer if you have to repeat a week or two).
(But Anyone may join at anytime! The more the merrier Adjust the dates to work for you.)
You can post whatever statistics you like and set up mini-goals to add to these. Copy the following if you like:
Push-ups: (type of push-ups)
Initial test:
End of Week 1 (02/28/09):
End of Week 2 (03/07/09):
End of Week 3 (03/14/09):
End of Week 4 (03/21/09):
End of Week 5 (03/28/09):
End of Week 6 (04/4/09):
Final Test Week 7 (04/11/09):
Arm circumference:
Starting: R:______ L:______
Ending: R:______ L:______
Add any other stats you would like to track as well over the next 7 weeks. Feel free to leave any stats out too - I don't want this to make you feel uncomfortable (except for maybe while doing the push-ups!)
