Right now I use intermittent fasting... And I walk every single day... 10 km daily...
Very impressive :)
 
I am going to try out a fish diet to break through a weight loss plateau. Starting from today.
The duration is 2 weeks, then I will try to do something else...
I proceed doing workout every single day.
 
I learnt the simplest secret of losing weight.
Just walk as much as possible every single day! Each day!
And you can eat as much as you want. :Angel_anim::D:beerchug:

I think clean eating with as little processed food as possible is the healthiest way to go.
