Just checking in
So my weekend was a bit crazy and eating on the go, I did pretty good though...we brought healthy snacks with us, grab lunch which was hot dogs but i ate half of my youngests...and had a few handfuls of popcorn...and so on and so on, i kinda grazed the childrens stuff, rather than getting my own...on the other hand, we did alot of physical activity on Saturday...a big long walk in the morning with my daughters choir, the pumpkin patch and then the park before dinner...so I am assuming all the halfs I ate, I at least worked towards burning some of them off...Im not doing so great emotionally...Im having alot of issues resurfising that Im having a hard time dealing with...trying hard to not shut down and continue on normally but that isnt always easy...spending alot of my time in tears...hope everyone has a great day...
