ok kool then thats what we will do i aint gonna start a new thread just try to make a ticker to help count down the miles. remember its 500 miles ok? anyone can join at anytime, and we will start tomorrow k? good luck everyone\!!!!

I want to do this if it is ok somedays i walk with my leslie salone dvd which will be 5 miles? Have a 3 one also? Will that count while its to cold here to get out and walk?
 
Hiyas all! Just checking in to see how everyone is doing.

I just had my day at the fair where I semi-oinked out. Thankfully I was sharing alot of my food so was only eating half or little more than half of everything heh.
I do have blisters on my little toes now thanks to being on my feet all day long plus I think I just stand/walk on my feet wrong b/c my feet shouldn't ache like they do.
BUt anywho.... blisters aren't really hurting right now but I might have to take exercising easy until they go down.
Hope I didn't gain any weight b/c of today hehe.

Anywho!
Hope everyone has a great week and I hope to see everyone lose on Friday! WOO! Go Oldies!
 
GOOOOOD MORNING all you weight loss oldies! :)

Ok so I'm ready for this week, to get this ball a rollin'. So my weekend wasn't so hot but today is a new day. I have to take each day one at a time, so that's what I'm aiming to do. I hope everyone had a great weekend and has an even better week. Let's kick some butt! :p

So my weekend was a bit crazy and eating on the go, I did pretty good though...we brought healthy snacks with us, grab lunch which was hot dogs but i ate half of my youngests...and had a few handfuls of popcorn...and so on and so on, i kinda grazed the childrens stuff, rather than getting my own...on the other hand, we did alot of physical activity on Saturday...a big long walk in the morning with my daughters choir, the pumpkin patch and then the park before dinner...so I am assuming all the halfs I ate, I at least worked towards burning some of them off...Im not doing so great emotionally...Im having alot of issues resurfising that Im having a hard time dealing with...trying hard to not shut down and continue on normally but that isnt always easy...spending alot of my time in tears...hope everyone has a great day...
 
Yay, I finally went out and bought myself a new swimsuit. I'm going out of town either tomorrow or the day after, so I may not post for a few days, but I'll definitely be swimming for at an hour or more each day, and when I come back I'll swim in my club as well.

I'm off to copy past this in my october challenge thread as well :p

Just checkin in for the day. I did TWO MILES! that's an all time record for me. Kind of felt like Forest Gump.. ".. I just kept going." ..lol.

I'm sorry things are yucky for you right now... but we all know that it's when we shut down that we allow ourselves to get out of control with our eating. You need to find someone that you trust that you can talk to about this stuff. If not for you, then for your two lil angels!

Thank you and dont I know it, Ive allow self sabotage one to many times and for all the same reasons...only prob is I cant eliminate the problem or the reason...*SIGH* so here I go again...anyway...Im reporting in on my physical activity for the day...I went for a 45 min walk with my youngest in her stroller...and then I did Billy Blanks Boots Camp for 30 mins...I only worked this mornign so I was able to fit in a walk and an exercise video... :) :):) ... I get a little green with envy for people who get to walk...I love it but at the end of the day I cant fit it in, between dinner the kids and work and such, but I do go to Curves and I do do my Tae Bo...Hope all is well with everyone...

I did nothing today - to tired to get up after the lack of sleep over the last couple days . but tomorrow ill be back!

Besides the blisters on my feet, this week has been going pretty dern well for me. Well.. besides my cravings for snacky stuff at night that I've been trying to battle through heh.
I'll overcome it though! Wooo! :D

Amunet, yikes on the blisters - I hate those things! Time for new shoes maybe? And don't squash the cravings - just make room in the calories for them.

yes redneck that can count, its gettin way cold here too! And everybody else, I changed my mind again :( Its way too hard to keep track on here, so im gonna start another thread under club challenges it will be "LEAVING HERSHEY!!" we can keep count on there :) And dont forget to PLEASE convert to miles :) Thanks everyone!!! So far I see two miles from penquin and 4 km from red so thats 2.5 miles (I think) ok, everyone try to get a tracker too!!! thanks!! Byeee~!!
