Ran my first 5K race yesterday... I was injured going into the race but was able to finish in a personal best time. And I am officially in high gear!
Oh, I also decided to change my goal weight to 185. I'm close to 195 and see that there is still enough fat to get rid of before I'm done.
Tonight I jumped rope. 10,000 jumps in 1 hour 5 min and 11 sec. My best time yet, and finally did it with my new rope. I think 12,000 will have to be my next goal, right JZ?
