Okay - here's the deal... if I get your starting weight tomorrow then you are in! Fatass is in because he must have missed the starting day change - my fault! Alrighty, so I hope to hear from you guys tomorrow, unfortunately I can't take any more weights after tomorrow because I've already postponed the starting date until then. Thanks guy - i'm so nervous to weigh myself! HAHA... is everybody okay?
 
All is cool! I will get you my weight after tonight's weigh in! yay.. I am excited. But nervous that I gained this week, cause I always have a food problem around "that time" :/

299.4 for me... I gained .2 pounds... *sob* Dang ".", dang bloating and dang jelly belly's! Ok, I am ok now.. lol.. that's my official weigh in.
 
I just wanted to drop in and wish everyone luck....I am going to have to withdraw myself from this because of the lack of time I have to get on the computer with my school schedule. I hope you all understand...school is first in my life right now and that technically is the way it should be right? aight well im off to bed because im on 9 hours of sleep since sunday at 230pm.so im tired....lata

This challenge will go by points! I know this is last minute but I really like this idea..
if anyone doesn't though let me know :

1 point = 1 lb. lost
1 point = completed/won daily challenge
1 point = 3 cardio sessions (or any workout you prefer) that is logged.

Anybody at all interested in the daily challenge? Nobody has given me any feedback on it lately so I might as well just remove it because I feel I'm alone on this one. And what about the point system? ANything?

I know that you said this challange goes by points so how will you know. I log my workouts everyday in my diary, so it that good enough. Just like yesterday I did 45 mins on the eliptical and 100 reps of the ab lounge exercises. I log everytime I workout....I might or might not start logging my food, but I do that already on Fitday.com.....just let me know please....I will try the challange today, but I have a busy day so don't know how far I will get...
 
So far so good

Well I managed to fit in 20 mins on the eliptical and am going to do my ab lounge exercises too. I know it isn't the 45 mins I did yesterday but I have alot to do today and have to have a shower and be ready to go by 2:15 to a job placement test appt. I am having a salad with some corn and Light done right ranch dressing and some pears for lunch. I guess that is 3 servings of fruits and veggies today so far......well gotta go but will update later. :D
 
How about when it comes to the exercise you guys let me know when you've done 3. That's good enough for me and if I don't believe you - don't know why I wouldn't... I can check your diaries.. but c'mon, we all trust eachother on here. You're doing awesome Amber - I can see you're really motivated. I'm only up to one orange. haha. 6 more oranges to go. haha.. jsut kidding - but really.. if the point system is too much let me know I just wanted to throw the idea out there even though it was last minute. This is your challenge as much as mine guys.. so you let me know what you'd like to see!!! :) Hope everyone's doing great!
 
I like the challenges...and am checking to see what they are... I will probably be posting stats at the end of the days though... easier for me to keep track... maybe other people are in the same boat? I think I am up to 2 or 3 fruits/veggies yikes!! I need to go eat some 0 point snap peas mmmm..

my hands are freezing and I am having a hard time typing lol
