well im back no worse for wear...steroids just what i needed except for putting 5 pounds back on and looking PUFFY. im just glad i can see out of both eyes now! by the way, i think i meant miracle whip and wrote cool whip by mistake lol! sorry yall!
i didnt get out on the 4rth but the hubby saved most of our fireworks and i got to see thm all on tuesday. oh well, they are the same every year anyway! yesterday was a free for all food day for me. i had sunchips and a couple cheeseburgers lol. well today i weighed in at 142 so the horror isnt as bad as i expected. gotta run, somebody at door....
 
Sounds like you are doing great. 2 pounds isn't too bad. Just get beack on track and I'm sure you will do great!! By the way you look great in your after picture!
 
well...

looks like im going to have to put my diary down to rest for a while. my health hasnt been the best and things around my house are crazy lately which hasnt left me much time to hang around here much. my weight is stable and i think i'll just concentrate on keeping it that way for now. will be popping in from time to time i hope to be able to see what everyone is up to.

i hate writing down what i eat, i wish i could tear up this whole diary. maybe when i resume it, i will just use it as an exercise journal. still hanging in there and maintaining my loss. ugh kids start school soon, god i hate getting up early <---lazybones in the AM.

For me I hate writing down what I eat......but.............I force myself to put down everything I eat on here for the critical or positive feedback that I will get. It is keeping me going. Do what you need to do for you. You can do it!
 
hey hon... are you going to do boot camp with us... b/c you totally should... just give it a shot for a week and a half... 10 days is all... and record what you eat, and just make it happen... let us be here for you!!! =) puhleeeeze
 
what boot camp? did it start yet? am i going to have to start making up foods again lol?

Check out the thread - losing weight as a team in the Club section. You posted in their once. Our goal is to lose 4 pounds each in 10 days. The "weigh-in" date is Sept 5.

i lost 3 more pounds. im finally at 135, yet another milestone bacause this makes me hit the 50 pound loss mark. weird because the only thing i added the last 2 weeks was L-tyrosine supplements and some green tea, but i guess it worked!
 
I took a peek at your pics....so nice and tanned!!!!....You look great!!!
