not in mood to chat, not gettin much sleep so just listing foods for a couple dys til i get my stength back

breakfast - instant breakfast with skim milk
snack - lowfat yogurt, handful green grapes
lunch - 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese and 6 oz tuna
dinner - shrimp scampi, salad with lowfat dressing
snack - apple


forgot the 13th:

breakfast - instant breakfast with skim milk
snack - 1 serving cashews and lowfat yogurt
lunch - healthy choice chick breast wrap
dinner - grilled chicken and asparagus
snack - half a grapefruit

wow ww your food is looking good, when its coming up to that time of the month for me I just cant resist food im shouldn’t eat to much of. It looks like you are doing great hope the mood improves soon for you keep up the great work.

Lmao :D yeah its me, but i can tell you this much ive got a big old behind, so thats where the weight is lol :p imjust freakishly built lol. but you look great in your pic i would never be brave enough to post my belly,on here. yours looks good from what i can see ;)
your food is getting better keep it up. oh and BTW darn right those gameboy games are expensive my son has one and man im glad for the exchange place bc it would cost me a small fortune ;)
 
hey you got a big butt too? i think i got a HUGE ass! i actually call myself bubble butt Lisa. and i swear im not just saying that, its out of proportion with the rest of me and the SOLE reason i was never able to get into size 3's. oh those were the days and i didnt even know it! (when i was 24 haha)
who knew i'd one day be thrilled to fit into size 10's? ahhh OMG the absolutely HUGE double digits! <-thats how i used to think back then.
well today is my anniversary and the sad thing is, no sitter. so no celebration. wahhhhh! i think i skipped a few days in my diary oh well. heres todays stuff. pretty boring same ole same ole.

lunch - 6oz tuna with ww english muffin
dinner - cup of cottage cheese, salad with lowfat dressing, spagetti and sauce (no meatballs)

Hell yeah for a white girl...baby git back if you know what i mean lol if it was a normal size i could probably fit an 8 but nah im 9-10 :( but hey im working it!
sorry about the sitter, its the same for us we have my mom when she cant do it were screwed. maybe you can make it up at some other time when you can get one?Looking good though, keep it up :)
 
ok im freaking out right now, i have seen numbers on the scale this morning i have not seen since 1999 right before my first kid was born 140 pounds. thats like almost in the 130's! thats like farrrrrr from obese. ok thats enough excitement for now.

i think we are getting a new puppy today will post more on that later. so hers the food for today.
breakfast - kashi go lean crunch cereal with skim milk
snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with handful of green grapes
lunch -3 slice healthy choice chick breast with 1 slice swiss in a 120 cal wrap thingy
dinner- eggplant parm with salad and lowfat dresing
snack - apple

And as if that wasn't enough to make your day... a puppy?! Yay! :D

Puppy hmmm well we got one last yr and were starting(well mt h)that we shouldnt have,but i love the darn thing even though he chewed my brand new pair of jeans!hes my jogging buddy and the kids love him too. :)

always nice to hear words of encouragement :) yeah been slacking in this darn diary...but i have been behaving food wise. the new puppy pooped on my extra padding i keep under my exercise mat and so i did my crunches on floor without out it since it had to be washed and it made me have an attack of sciatica which seems to be not so painful today so i hope by this evening i can resume walking. im already behind on my exercise challenge and i so did NOT need this lost day of exercise (yesterday). that extra inch of padding on the floor makes a world of diference even tho we have carpeting.

and the darn puppys owners were 7:30pm to bed/4:30 am risers so of course the puppy has had me up at 4:30am the last 2 days and i am NOT a morning person. its almost like having a new baby in the house, i had trouble falling asleep because of having one ear sorta open waitng for the "puppy call" to be let out. (still housebreaking). and of cours many surprise piles of poop to clean up oy vay. i cannot believe my husband actualy paid 600 for this silly looking white mini schnauzer. he's so not my type of dog. oh well - my food for today:

Hey , have you tried sleeping w/ a pillow between your knees? I get sciatica off and on & that helps me everytime! I hope it gets better for you...I hate it..its a real pain in the a** LOL

Lol we have a husky and it took a while to house train him...have you tried keeping the pup in a box or a locked room?so s/he cant get all over the house. worked for us we had to lock him in the kitchen with the news paper on the floor lol wow glad thats done and over with.
sorry about the nerve acting up, try the pillow thing it works for my H. hope it gets better soon :D

this darn puppy is like havin another kid! notice i have barely been posting since she joined our household? a lot of my nights have been interupted sleep cleaning up poop, now the cat has been eating the dog food and having diarhea all over the place :mad: has not been fun. hopefully things will be back to normal soon and i can get back to regular reading asnd posting i havent even read what yall are sayin yet and im sorry (no time!) will try tommorrow.

sorry about the animal troubles,having a dog is like having another kid!my H thought it would be a great idea to have one....yet im the one who takes care of it lol just like the kids lol ;) hope everything settles down soon i noticed you hadnt been around....figured it was the pup,

well my life just keeps getting better and better...i guess the stress has caught up in the form of a flare, been having some vision problems and a few other symptoms that have been hanging around the last few days. so my neurologist wants me to check in the hospital tomorrow morning to start a course of IV steroids for a few days. still hangin at 140, god i hope this doesnt put me back more than a couple pounds! i dont have a laptop so wont be able to check in here til i get back. he said 3-5 days so cross your fingers that im out by the 4rth! either that or i will unhook myself and escape lol.
