July 31.... 296.6. I don't actually think I gained, maybe fluctation in food and water weight.
Over all loss - 5.4 lbs. going to double that next month!!!!!! seriously!

Hey, San. You should make one of those charts that you show average daily weight loss for the past 10 days, 5 days, or whatever. Keeping an eye on day to day loss is frustrating sometimes.

Today = 171.75
3rd July - goal 171 - actual 170.75 (yesterday) :)
10th July - goal 169 - actual 165.5 (-5.25)
17th July - goal 167 - actual 164 (-1.5)
24th July - goal 165 - actual 162.5 (-1.5)
31st July - goal 163 - actual 161.5 (-1)

Total lost = 10.25lbs

Not bad overall. But weight loss has slowed down. Never mind. Get into the 150s in august hopefully.

July 17th = {Pace = 238.6} = 239
July 24th = {Pace = 236.6} = 236.5
July 31st = {GOAL = 235} = 233.5


And I prevent the two month losing streak with a massive three pound drop the final week. And the home crowd storms the field!!
 
I have not only missed my goals but almost completely abandoned my original plan...I've been really busy and I know it's an excuse you never heard before, right?. While I did lose maybe two to three pounds of actual body fat, it really is nothing to write home about, so hopefully august will be better...congrats to everybody who "made it", though
