Nice Work everyone. So far EVERYONE is ahead of the game. At the end of this month, I'm going to do something that I hope continues to be a tradition. I'm going to post a final tally sheet of everyone who lost weight in July.

Hello scale!

July 3rd = {Pace = 242.5} = 242
July 10th = {Pace = 240.5} = 241.5
July 17th = {Pace = 238.6} =
July 24th = {Pace = 236.6} =
July 31st = {GOAL = 235}

I'm a pound off pace. Still plenty of time to make that back.

July catchup! :)

Keep it up everyone! Summer is nearing!

Bang on target now, but with the trend I am seeing, I'm going to fall behind by next week. :( Not sure what's going wrong, all I know is that it's really hot here, and I'm swollen up like a balloon - my ankles look like elephant feet. Does hot weather make people retain water or something by any chance? And I'm talking 32 degree C (~90 F) here.....just wondering.

Still a loss, but minuscule. Pretty disappointing really, since at my weight, with the amount of exercise and the calories I'm on, there should be more movement. Still struggling with water retention though, and generally feeling absolutely awful. Would love to get properly checked out at the docs, but I wouldn't even know what to ask her to check me for. Something's wrong....I just can't figure out what. :/

Hey, it's better than a gain, isn't it? I remember once someone (Emerald, I think) thought she had a really disappointing month. Her weight was pretty much the same at the end of the month, BUT after being frustrated, she happily realized she lost a clothing size. That's progress. You may be gaining in ways that a scale isn't telling you. Don't be to hard on yourself.

Hmm could i actually hit August in the 150s :p

One more week to go!

July 3rd = {Pace = 242.5} = 242
July 10th = {Pace = 240.5} = 241.5
July 17th = {Pace = 238.6} = 239
July 24th = {Pace = 236.6} = 236.5
July 31st = {GOAL = 235}

Right on pace. Need to drop a pound and a half in the next week to reach the goal, and, to be honest, I gave myself no chance after the first two weigh-ins.

*deep sigh*....I know. It's just so frustrating sometimes. I'm blind to change. I don't see change in the mirror. I don't see change in my clothes - if they are more loose, it's because they are stretched, not because I'm smaller. All I have are the numbers - and it just doesn't feel right that at my weight, with a controlled diet and exercise, I'm not losing (much). I should be doing better than this, and I can't figure out why I'm not. It's just bugging me, that's all.

Lol @ San, there were times I said to myself, I still fit my jeans so it must be ok..... They had stretched and when I did stand on the scales :cry:
