Hey, it's better than a gain, isn't it? I remember once someone (Emerald, I think) thought she had a really disappointing month. Her weight was pretty much the same at the end of the month, BUT after being frustrated, she happily realized she lost a clothing size. That's progress. You may be gaining in ways that a scale isn't telling you. Don't be to hard on yourself.Still a loss, but minuscule.
