I know it's a couple weeks away, but I wanted to get the thread started while I thought of the bad pun. Same-as-usual rules, added points for including your body fat percentage.
 
I'm in.... I've done okay, but haven't really lost too much since my last challenge.
I'll start in at 295 this week, and end at the end of october.
I'm taking that back. I'm starting at 293! Take that, fat!

I'm in as per usual. I don't do body fat % (yet) though, so I won't be getting bonus points. Can I still get a gold star? :angel:

LOL...... Sorry, Charlie. Since I'm so huge, I can't just drop you a little rep. One positive comment from a high roller like me would give you 2 or 3 extra chicklets. And you're not going to get that out of me for a pun!
However, I have noticed that you do have a positive attitude and sincerely want to help other people. Keep up the good work and you'll have many Green Spongebobs to show off.

I'm shooting for at least a one pound per week change. Trying to be realistic because I always feel like poo when I don't meet a goal.

Even though I don't weigh in until tomorrow I know I did not reach my goal for September :( But this month I am more determined to exercise, which is what has been lacking big time. I have this challenge, the bodyweight % loss contest, and the IcyStarCloud challenge so hopefully all of these will help me get my butt up and moving! Also if I don't keep up with these targets I will not meet my final goal off 115 by Dec 28th. Plus I really want to get married next summer and if I don't start losing the weight I never will and I will hate myself at my wedding and in those pictures forever.

Just came off a two month trip where I put on 10 pounds (damn you Italy and all of your pasta:cuss: now going on vacation in 2 weeks for 2 weeks. Decided I was not going to wait until AFTER vacation to get my act together, so this is going to be a tough one.:ack2:
