October 01 178.2 lbs 35.5.% body fat (that time of the month for me, so my weight could be higher and body fat lower because of water)
October 08 174.2 lbs 36% body fat

October 22 172.2 lbs 36.5% body fat (I hope this doesn't mean I'm losing muscle, hard to say of course, I haven't been losing weight on purpose at all this month. I've been sick a lot and in bed.)
October 29 170.6 lbs 36% body fat

Goal loss: 10 lbs, 3% body fat percentage
Actual loss: 7.6 lbs + 0.5% body fat
