Note sure why that happened. Probably the muscle gain since muscle weighs more than fat. Anyways bad news for me. Had to stop doing P90X. Can't fit it into my super busy schedule. Will try to keep the eats clean and shed a bit of weight still before my trip

With that being said I am going to revise my final weight loss this month.

I will be happy with a 5 or 6 lb loss. We'll go with 5 and anythin more will be a bonus.

8 November - 259 (-4). Grr I could have done a lot better but I just had to get sick for two days and miss my work outs. I HATE being on the edge of another number bracket. Needed more wiggle room so I can confidently say goodbye to the 260s.
15 November - 258 (-1) <_> anything is better than a (+) I guess. I'm a big boy and should be dropping big boy weight though :-/

I don't think I'll be hitting my goal for Nov. My biggest challenge will be to try NOT to gain weight this week. Thursday Thanksgiving dinner, Fri one brother is taking me to dinner and Sat my other brother is taking me to dinner. Good luck everyone!
 
As of today I am 1/2 way though the weight I want to lose. So far 35 lbs lost this year and 35 lbs more to go! Little by little I'm getting down.

Well I'm certain I won't be reaching my goal for the last weigh in, I've been very sick these last two weeks and it's really slowed me down. I'm feeling better now though, so here we go :)

Starting December I am going to post my weighed by weighing myself in the nude. Because when I weigh myself in clothes and shoes my weight fluctuates daily, depending on my clothes and shoes. Today my weight without clothes and shoes is 157.6. If I can lose 7 more pounds I can wear my size 10 Jeans.

I wanted to see what it would be like if I only ate well and stopped exercising for a month. As you can see, I didn't lose as much as I usually do.
For me, exercising is vital to my weight loss.

I'm glad I've learned this.
