8 November - 259 (-4). Grr I could have done a lot better but I just had to get sick for two days and miss my work outs. I HATE being on the edge of another number bracket. Needed more wiggle room so I can confidently say goodbye to the 260s.
15 November - 258 (-1) <_> anything is better than a (+) I guess. I'm a big boy and should be dropping big boy weight though :-/
22 November - 256 (-2) Well, looks like my fat cells are finally fighting back. Enjoy your victory now because soon, Ima kill you all. I promise.
29 November - 256 (+/- 0) Actually got lucky, only went to the gym once this week and didn't eat as good as I should've.
