I am with you guys I want to lose 20 pound and maintain my weight when I reach my goal. But at the same time I want to eat healthy.

Example of food intake for the day...
B..1cup warm lemon water to cleanse
1 20oz bottle water, 1 cup coffee, 1cup fruit (1 point), banana/peanut b/honey on 2 slices of 35cal. bread (5 points). L..1 20oz water, 1 choco. boost (5 points), 1cup kale (1 point). Snack..1 sugar free choco. popsicle (0 points). S..1pork chop baked (4 points), 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (2 points), 1 1/2 cups of Cauli/broccoli/mushrooms (0 points), 2 slices of 35cal bread w/crock butter (1 point). Snack..1cup decaf coffee w/1 pack Metamucil cin./spice fiber wafer (3 points).
1 20oz water. Before bed 1 cup sleepytime tea.
