Weight-Loss November Monthly Challenge

Weight-Loss
Update old post

Not that I'm all that great with keeping up with a challange, but when I do, I always just remember what page I 1st posted on and update that posting.

I update my first post too :)

I hope ya'll won't flog me for re-posting. :p Sometimes I have "Monk" qualities and since I started by reposting I might as well finish doing the same. :D Not that I am real happy about my weigh in . . .

Start Weight = 219
07 Nov= 218.2 (-0.8; <1%)
14 Nov= 219.0 (I hate TOM :()

November loss: Um, nada.

Have a happy Friday! :)

Start Weight = 255
07 Nov= 251.4--AND TGIF.
14 Nov=252.4.....*sigh*
21 Nov= 252 ( little early)
28 Nov=

Finish Weight 30 November= __________________

Only 3lbs in 21 days....of course that's the "reccomended" 500 calorie deficit a day if you do the math...but..I really expected for someone who started at 255lbs to be able to lose more than 3 or 4lbs a month..:-s.

It's a bit discouraging.

It does seem like a small amount, but you don't realize how significant such a small amount really is. Step back and put it into perspective: Pick up a sack of sugar or a small bag of potatoes and carry it around with you for a little while. Not too long and you will feel that extra weight weighing you down. That's the amount of weight you are no longer carrying around every day. Not such a small amount after all. :)

Don't forget what you have already accomplished. You are nearly at twenty pounds lost - that is the weight of a tire or two large sacks of potatoes. That IS a lot.

To hit 1% loss again next week I need to lose the same as I did this week - 2.2 lbs. Bring it on!

Happy Friday! :D
