I think my scale is messed up. Seriously, I do. My official WW weigh in days are Mondays but I always weigh in at home on Fridays, which is the number I use for the forum. The number on my home scale is always different, even if I weigh at home before the meeting. The meeting always shows me a little higher and I'm pretty sure their scales are more accurate than mine. I'll probably finish the month with my scale since I started with it but switch to the WW weigh in results in December.
I'm a teeny bit bummed with a small loss. Yes, yes, I know any loss is still a loss. I've preached that many times myself. It's easier to say it than to experience it, though. I was very good this week food-wise and I increased my activity level as well. I'm just gonna keep on doing what I've been doing next week and maybe the scale will catch up with me at next weigh in. If not, I'll know I need to shake things up a bit.
