Percentage lost: 3.9% (or 4% to nearest whole digit lol) -So I was actually pretty close to hitting the 4% mark! :)

I like the cans of food idea, but I can't find anywhere to donate them to! So I think I'm going to donate a £ for every lb I lose instead.

£s to donate: 4.5

I don't think we have food banks here, at least none that take donations like that....is it okay if I get dog/catfood instead and donate it to a local animal shelter?

San-I think the animal food would be an awesome idea. I think I might end up doing that for the Vet clinic on base out here since I don't know of any food drives going on outside of the highschool on base....

Okay, Ill buy in on this one. I need to kick myself into gear anyway. My issue is that 1% will be tough, but I'll shoot for it...

I'm in! I hit my goal of 5-lbs lost in October. This thread will be a little more challenging but I'm game! :D The numbers in parenthesis represent my projected 1% weekly loss. In reality my body usually doesn't allow for more than one and a half to two lbs. on average per week. Regardless, I'm gonna try for that 1%.

14 Nov= _______ (214.64)
