Weight-Loss November 2lbs a Week Challenge

I get two more pounds the last 2 months. The weather is cold and i feel that i need to eat more. I go to gym once a week. I think that the stress that i 'm feeling about work and everyything else makes me unhappy and i feel relaxing when i eat. How can i return to my usually habits about eating?:svengo:

My weight loss is as ever skewed - although I do the same all month through - I guess it is just the way my body works.

Technically I did not lose 2 pounds each week.

However I did lose slightly more weight than 2 pounds each 7 days gives.

I am more than happy with my 9.4 pounds loss over the month and cannot consider it to be other than successful.

Didn't get to post last week with family in and all it was crazy! However I gained a little over a pound and I blame it on the friend that has to come every month. But this week back on track with a 2.8 lb lost. YAH!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't meet the months challenge of 8 pounds but will do better in December!

Well I broke 180's yay for that and I did pretty good MAINTAINING for a whole month but I would have been alot happier losing the 2lbs a week but there is always DECEMBER lol!!Congrats everyone

I didn't quite make it into the 140's as I had hoped but I'm as close as you can get. I guess I'll just have to wait one more week to see the 140's.

Not the 2lbs a week. But, I still lost :)
