Here I go! Went on my annv. vacation this past weekend and gained 5 lbs. I was so kind of upset. Any ideas of how you guys are going to exercise or eat? I am shoot for 3 or 4 days at the gym and just watching portion sizes and not eating late at night.

I'm in for Nov. Only had moderate success in October but I really WANT to drop minimum of 8 lbs in November. So here we go....

Well as of Friday 11/2 I was down 2.5 lbs but my hubby's birthday was yesturday and we took him out to eat and all though I didn't do bad I still put on a 2 of those lbs. Lots of work to do this week to make the 2 lbs a week challange. I have faith though. :seeya:
