Not Stopping This Time

Hey Kyle, I have been out a while and am just catching up with folks. The budget and not going out to eat sounds like a good plan. I am sure you will be losing weight as a result.

Keep up the good work, and check in with us again soon.

Going from (say) eating out twice a week to once a month would likely make quite a difference without any further changes. And having a bit of a nest egg can't do any harm either. Keep us posted!

I was a little scared to check my weight the last couple days, but checked today and it's down to 241.2 (2.4 down from a couple days ago). Definitely eating only home-cooked food is helping me lose weight. I can't wait to be under 240!!!

Thanks, everyone. I have not had the motovation to check my weight the last couple days. But I have a feeling it will go down because I have not been going out to eat at all lately.

It's been a little over a month since I've checked in. I have been coasting on my diet. But I noticed my weight slowly creeping back up. And during this time of boredom, I feel the need to do something to bring more happiness into my life. So I decided to start a project for IF. I am going to keep track of it and make sure I follow the schedule. It's the 2nd day. I can FEEL myself losing weight.

from experience i can probably say that whenever you make a change (and keep is slow, but steady), you have to give it at least a week ... maybe two ... before your body catches up and you see a reflection of that change. good luck.

Yes. That is a real challenge for me. I am tempted to force my body to change by undereating. So I will try to avoid that bad habit.
