Good for you Vic! If you can find popcorn without much fat it does not have many calories, and can be a good snack food.

No binge today, but I often find days are days I want to eat more. Today was no exception, but the urge was not too hard to resist.

No binge here today, but I sure wish I could say the temptation has gone, it hasn't. It has been easier to resist, but I still worry that one day when my guard is down I will give in. Just have to keep fighting.

The likelihood of that happening some day is pretty high, to be fair. You probably wouldn´t be able to stomach the same amount of crap food you used to but it´ll still feel awful. It won´t be the end of the world though. You´ll come on here, tell us, and we´ll remind you of the same thing you tell us: what´s done is done, just try again starting right now and all will be well. Plus, in your case, someone is going to calculate the exact number of days you went without binging so you´ll know what number to beat in your second round.
 
LaMa you are right of course, I am just trying to keep that day from being any time soon.

No binge here today, to the contrary I did not eat enough, and did not want more. Right now I feel too full to eat anything else. Just a different side of the same coin, my eating instincts are not to be trusted. However not eating enough has been a much rarer symptom for me...

No binge yesterday, but we served some pre-dinner appetizers and I found myself in the old pattern of wanting to eat too much. I stuck with mostly raw carrots, but had some cherries. I thought about it at the time, that helped, but it sure seemed like the old binge pattern. I watched my friends and they did not eat so much as I did, they are both quite slim. Oh well, I watched it and diverted to low calorie snacks.

Hey, nobody ever got fat off carrots and cherries. Unless they dumped them in mayo/whipped cream respectively. I understand your concern but I think you did well.
 
So I did not b/p for the entire vacation weekend. I ate just regular and did not get seconds. But I did have alcohol and cookies.

Today I did not b/p. No temptations.

Thanks LaMa, I guess I just have to accept that I will always want to eat more than most folks. If I can satisfy that urge with the likes of carrots I will be ok.

Hey Petal, good to see you, but I hope you are not headed into a binge cycle. I believe you know what to do to head it off, and you are doing it!

No binge here today, and not great temptation. My good body fat % report has me up enough to not want to do it, not today anyway.

Thanks Rob yeah just was starting to crave crap food and a pile of it .dont know why . I was ok after yesterday and did not binge and I did my virtual class and I went for a walk . All positives
 
Hey Petal, no binge is great. And so are all your walks and other positives, good for you!

No binge or big temptations today, I even had to add some food at the end of the day to get my calories up. That feels good!
