Only maintained over the weekend, the weather was so blah I just couldn't get motivated. Making up for it today though!
 
I gardened all weekend and my body is sooo sore. I hope I burned a lot of calories.:cool:

Good luck to everyone this week! We can do this.

I found cheap work out stuff at TJMax so you should check there also.
 
Good morning, everyone!! Hope your weekend was a good one. My football team won, so I am in good spirits :0) I actually had a weekend to myself. It was opening weekend for bowhunting and my dh and son spent the weekend camping. I don't think I have spent a weekend alone in 11 1/2 years. Boy did I have fun.
Seems like everyone is excited and motivated.... Let's keep that up. Newbie will win...... :0)-

How about going to a nearby mall for walks, and taking the stairs instead of the escalator. Exersize AND window shopping...YAY.

Thats it! Problem solved, I will leave my purse in the trunk, So I wont spend the rent money:p

Just checking in for today. :) I hope everyone had a good weekend. This is a fresh week, so whatever we did during the weekend, that's not in agreement with our diets, we can make up for it this week.

Also, do we check in once a month or once a week for the weight thing? I forget...

Hello everyone! :) have been quite busy these few days, so not much time to check in. How's everyone doing? i have adjusted my goals a bit because have not been able to meet my expectations for the last couple of weeks. Good luck everyone!!
 
Hi guys,

Checking in for today .... I hope by the end of the week I have a great weight loss nunmber, I have been excercising more, my muscles are letting me know that....
 
I so can relate to your muscles telling you that you have been working them. I have to say I am very proud of myself. Usually when I have my cycle I give up on my self control and do not exercise, but not this time. I have been able to stay Right around 1200 calories and I have been walking everyday plus gardening when I get home from work. Today it is going to rain so I will work out on my stationary bike.

Also I went out for lunch yesterday and I got a salad instead of some other fattening dish. I can tell you that the salad was wonderful and very filling. Now I am going out to dinner with some old friends tonight and hope I do just as well.

Spirte I am sorry but we have already formed teams, but there are plenty of challenges you can still join like Under the Christmas Tree. Good Luck!:p

I walked tonight and I feel good,I have to do this more often!:D
I hope I can do my part to win this challenge for us.
Drink lots of Water. And then when your sick of it, have another glass:p

I don't mind if people still join. But will that slow down the weight total as they don't have a whole week like the rest of us to lose weight...
 
Well, if the numbers are total weight lost then new members can only help us(unless they gain....) but if the numbers are being averaged out between us then they could slow us down, but not by much. IMO its cool to accept new members as long as the 2 teams are kept pretty even. We don't want one team vastly larger than the other!
