Ok guys- we have an advantage. Being new, some of us still have the water weight to lose.... which goes FAST! So drink your water and those first 5-10 pounds will be gone in no time. Go Newbies!
 
Ok Newbies we can do this! I feel a lot better today. Not as hungery as the last two days when I started keeping track of my calories. I can only imagine how many I eat before. No longer. Time to take control ;)

And I definitely agree about that water weight thing. Guys, let's drink so much water that they'll have to put us in guiness book of world records. :p:p:p

hey, newbies,

What kind of exercise programs is everyone doing?? Exercise is always my downfall....
I do like to walk and tend to do that more than anything.

Edited to add:
I take a body strengthening class, spinning, kickboxing, do elliptical and some weight traning on me own. Geesh my exercise regime is as ADHD as I am!:)
 
I've always wanted to do kickboxing. I'm definitely going to do it when I get to the right weight. I don't think I could handle it now. :)

Kdel-- too funny, but you are so right.... as it is I have to potty 15 times a day it seems :0)

Dharmawaits- I am tired just read you exercise. I would like to be able to do all that.

Changeforlife-- love kickboxing or anything like that. I used to do Tae bo when I had a much smaller body and loved it. I will be doing that again when I get to a good size.
