Went great man jogged this morning at 5:30 ate 2 eggs played outside interview went great then relaxed this afternoon and salad for dinner life is looking and feeling better
 
You the man! I love eggs. My breakfast was an egg on wheat bread with avacado spread on it. Low calorie and gets you that boost to get moving man? Do you have a calorie range you are trying to stick too? One thing I learned was you have to eat enough or your body will not release the fat. Great job and don't stop. It will only get better. The road will lead you where you want it to go.
 
Yea I felt great today I know its only been a few days but I feel better and yea I love eggs too but no avocado ha-ha and no should I get a calorie counter app or something like that and I have to say thanks for the support man
 
Hahaha. Took a while for me to like avacado, but it is a very healthy fat. I would. It helped me learn what and how much I was eating. Nobody likes to count calories but there are a lot of free apps to help with it and it will keep track of it for you. Almost like a food journal. To me that can only help you. I used my fitness pal. So many great tools out there for free to help you win. Take advantage.
 
I got that app it does help I even got a calorie burner app so I know what im burning while I exercise but dam my legs are sore but I feel so much better
 
Great. I like that app. Put everything you eat in there and try to stick with the calories and you should lose weight, especially if you are exercising too. The main thing is to eat the right amount of calories and exercise daily. Adding in some of the things you eat now may shock you the amount of calories you consume. You have to find healthier options to those foods. You will be able to eat more if it's a healthier option. I love being sore man. Sometimes you feel like you couldn't workout but trust me you can and the soreness will feel better. Make sure you eat enough protein. Lean if you can. Going to get my workout on now.
 
Yea Iv been looking at different things like can eat and I'm planing on getting the p90x hopefully this weekend if money is right and yea I like the soreness
 
Lean meat, as much veggies as you can stand. Little bit of fruit. Nuts are good. Be careful with those. Lots of calories. P90x is awesome man. All versions. I do them all till this day. I just rotate different videos. I look at it as an investment because you can use them forever. If you don't like to work out for an hour I would give p90x3 a go. It's 30 min. You know where to get it at and check out my review on it.
 
You know what. I drank a lot of smoothies in the beginning to help with the calories. I ate a lot of the same foods everyday, some would call it boring but it worked for me. I travel for a living so I even ate a lot of subway back in the day. Stay away from sugars and bad carbs as much as you can. I followed a strict calorie intake and the rewarded myself a meal on Saturday. Whatever I wanted. 1 meal though not the day.
 
Yea I'm gonna try to find a steady meal plan and eat the same stuff every day so that way I know I'm not going over so my breakfast is 2 eggs and and 2 slices of wheat toast and a lot of water not sure what to do for lunch yet but dinner will be salad maybe with grilled chicken
 
Sounds like a plan man. Try a smoothie for lunch. Don't forget to add some small snacks in between meals. Apples are great for weight loss. Little bit of peanut butter. Don't eat so much for taste but for fuel. Fuel you body man. Especially since you will exercising. Stay motivated.

Add more veggies like kale, spinach, carrots. If you are like my family when I say eat veggies they look at me weird like no way. But man your body will thank you and start wanting them. Just have to get past the taste and realize it's good. I sometimes liked to add a 1-2 cup of oatmeal in my smoothies. Keeps me full longer.
 
You have already did one of the hardest things and that's getting started. Try to stay focused on the end goal and that's becoming a healthier person for YOU and your family. That's why I liked counting calories because it will teach you how much to eat. Knowledge is power. My main issue was eating until I was full like mom and dad said too. You don't have to be full to be satisfied. Eating until full = too much calories and not enough out.

Yea and I like carrots and spinach a lot so that won't be so bad I oatmeal is good so I think that might be a great thing for lunch
 
Yes that is exactly how I got so big always over eating to get full now I realize I don't have to be full all the time
