I went for a walk, made around 10000 steps. I feel a bit better, not a lot though. Good news is I didn't binge. I will log my food for today tommorow, I am to tired right now. I hope tommorow will be better day.
 
Slept somewhat ok last night, still not feeling much better. Food log for yesterday:

Day 17:
  • Breakfast:
    • yogurt: 110 kcal
    • peanuts: 330 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • instant noodles: 380 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • mayo: 100 kcal
Total: 1020 kcal
 
Today was ok day, I feel better. I went for a 45 minute walk, but rain sent me home.

Day 18
  • Breakfast:
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • peanuts: 300 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • chicken: 408 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • protein shake: 188 kcal
Total: 1096 kcal
 
Today was good day, I ate well and went for a walk, I made around 8000 kcal. Good news is I will get first vaccine tomorrow.

Day 19:
  • Breakfast:
    • sour cream sesame sauce: 180 kcal
    • chicken: 100 kcal
    • peanut butter: 220 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • canned tuna: 328 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • mayo: 150 kcal
    • bread: 140 kcal
Total: 1218 kcal
 
Today was good day, I got my first vaccine shot so I didn't go for a walk. My arm is little sore, but otherwise I am feeling fine. Tomorrow starts Easter holiday, so 5 day of the work, yeey!

Day 20:
  • Breakfast:
    • 2 scrambled eggs: 250 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • smoked pork loin: 70 kcal
    • cheese: 110 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • instant noodles: 380 kca

So today was ok day. I have a fever and my arm is still sore, so I couldn't eat as much as I should be, I'll try maybe to add some peanut butter maybe to up those calories a bit. Tomorrow we have a lot of work around the house (technically inside) and my boyfriend's parents invited us to a barbeque. I hope I won't eat a lot.
Also, it's been 3 weeks since I am on this journey, definitely the longest one ever for me :D

    • protein shake: 200 kcal
    • banana: 125 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • fish sticks: 360 kcal
    • mayo: 150 kcal
Total: 835 kcal
 
If you´re genuinely not hungry due do feeling bad one low-calorie day is not a problem. I hope you feel better by tomorrow so you can enjoy the barbecue.
 
I felt better today, we did a lot of house work, also I went to the barbecue and didn't eat much. When I got back home, I was really craving beer or any other alcohol, but I've resisted the temptation. :D

Day 22
  • Breakfast:

    • cari sauce: 100 kcal

Yesterday wasn't good day at all. I didn't eat too much, but I drank a lot of beer, I don't know how many, so I didn't log my food intake. I was for sure a lot over my calories intake. I feel awful and guilty, and I am hangover. Hope today will be better day.
